This screen allows you to view and download free comments that have been answered in the past. It is possible to filter and view by group and by distribution.
* Only the owner can view the free comment screen and download.
How to download(Excel file)
How to do it
1. Go to [Comments].
2. Click "Download comments file" in the upper right corner
3.Go to Download on the lower-left corner of the screen and click Download.
Note
If the number of respondents in a registered group meets or exceeds the minimum required to display scores (normally 3 people), the group and its comments can be downloaded together.
On the other hand, if the number of respondents in a registered group does not meet the minimum required to display scores (normally 3 people), the group name will not be shown when downloading comments. Instead, the name of the group one level above will be displayed.
If respondents do not belong to any group, or if the number of responses in the Top group of affiliation is below the minimum required to display scores, the group name will not be displayed.
To enable grouping and filtering using Excel's sort function, the specification displays multiple identical comments when one person belongs to multiple groups.
How to Tags
By assigning one of the 26 predefined tags to a free comment, it is possible to categorize comments according to the tag.
Please set tags by clicking the "Edit Tags" button on the screen.
If you are using the Standard Plan, tags will be assigned automatically by AI. When you access this screen after the survey is finished, the AI will have already categorized the free comments, allowing you to quickly identify trends in the free comments and use them in your policies and measures.
Additional note
The free comment screen are a feature only visible to the owner.
If the number of survey responses in a registered group is below the minimum required to display scores (normally 3 people), comments by group will not be shown on this screen.
During the response period, free comments will be reflected on the screen gradually, so the display is not final. We recommend reviewing and downloading them again after the response period ends.
Please note that it takes some time for AI-generated tags to be applied after free comments are submitted.
