This screen allows you to view and download free comments that have been answered in the past. It is possible to filter and view by group and by distribution.
* Only the owner can view the free comment screen.
How to download data of comments by group (Excel file)
Summary
When 3 or more people in a registered group respond to a survey, the group and comments can be downloaded as a set in Excel. (Comments that do not meet this condition will not be downloaded in Excel.)
If one person belongs to more than one group, multiple same comments will be shown so that the Excel sorting function can be used to narrow down the groups.
How to do it
1. Go to [Comments].
2. Click "Download comments file" in the upper right corner
3.Go to Download on the lower-left corner of the screen and click Download.
Note
Only the people who have owner rights can view the comments.
If there are less than 3 respondents in a registered group, they will be hidden in this download function.
It may take a while to download the file.
If the minimum number of respondents is set to less than 3, the comment group will only be displayed when there are more than the set number of respondents.
The number of comments in the report downloaded is insufficient.
For the comment download function, if three or more people in a registered group responded to the survey, the group and comments can be downloaded as a set in Excel.
In the case of a group with less than 3 respondents, the comments will be shown as the comments of the parent group.
Example: If there is only one member belonging to the group "Sales Department/Sales Section 1", the comment will be shown as "Sales Department".
The above specification is used because showing the comments of a group with less than three members along with the name of the corresponding group may identify the individual.
How to Tags
By assigning one of the 26 predefined tags to a free comment, it is possible to categorize comments according to the tag.
Please set tags by clicking the "Edit Tags" button on the screen.
If you are using the Standard Plan, tags will be assigned automatically by AI. When you access this screen after the survey is finished, the AI will have already categorized the free comments, allowing you to quickly identify trends in the free comments and use them in your policies and measures.
