What is the "Free Comment" feature at the end of a survey?

Wevox has a feature that allows you to make a free comment at the end of the survey after answering the scale (selectable) questions as shown below.

This function allows you to do the following three things.

1. Change the content of the message (question text) *Red frame part

2. Hide the free comment itself.

3. Set up messages in multiple languages.

Once a comment is posted, it cannot be deleted.

How to do it

1. Change the message contents (question text)

・Click the pencil mark in the upper right corner of the comment text

・Modify it on the edit screen.

2. Hide comments

・Click the ON/OFF button in the upper right corner.

3. Set messages in multiple languages

・Click the language button in the upper right corner.

Note

  • If necessary, conduct a delivery test to confirm the reflected content.

    • If you select "Hide", the comment field will not be reflected in the delivery test, but it will be hidden in the actual delivery, so please do not worry.

  • We recommend that you inform your employees that the comment field will be changed or hidden prior to the survey distribution so that they will not be surprised by the sudden change.

  • If the comments are turned off after the survey has been delivered, they will be hidden on the screen of the employee who opens the response page at the time after the comments have been turned off.

  • Pictograms are not allowed in "Free Comment" messages.
