Updated over a week ago

It is an analysis function that summarizes the 9 key drivers of engagement into 5 elements and displays the organizational status as a deviation value (standardized score/normalized score) based on the search criteria of industry and company size. The gray line in the middle is the standard value, which is the standard for the specified industry and company size.

What are the five factors?

  1. Enthusiasm for work: Do you feel challenged and are you able to move forward in your work every day?

  2. Empathy with the organization: Do you feel empathy with the vision and strategy of the organization, and do you feel pride in the organization?

  3. Teamwork: Are you able to build good relationships with your colleagues and superiors as a team member?

  4. Healthy workplace: Is it a healthy environment where you can take care of your family and private life as well as your work?

  5. Treatment: Are you satisfied with your evaluation and salary?

⚠Each factor is scored in relation to the following key driver scores.
