There are two ways to view your personal results from the administration screen.
1. Select "Member" from the "Comparison" pull-down menu.
You can view the results by selecting an individual from the pull-down in the upper left corner of the "Comparison" screen.
2. Click on the number that corresponds to "Aggregation Target Updated" on the upper right corner of the Comparison screen.
Click on the number to the right of the group name, as shown in the image, you can view the individual results of the members registered in that group.

In order to view individual results, you need to set up your browser to allow viewing by real name. If you wish to view the results by name, please contact support.
Comments can be downloaded in the score output using "Format: Excel" and "Analysis target: Member", and can be linked to individual names.

The name of the commenter is not shown on the administration screen.

Go to the “Data Analysis” screen, select the "Download Score List" tab, and select "Members" in the analysis target.
Download the file in Excel format.
Please check the comments in the rightmost cell of the downloaded report.
When personal results are not shown (when viewing by name)
Sometimes the results are not shown even though the user has been granted permission to access personal results.
Cause 1.
Although a separate permission is required to view the individual results of a newly created group, no additional permission has been granted.
Solution
We apologize for the inconvenience, but when you change the details of a group or add a new group, please request again to be granted the permission to access by name.
After setting, access will be possible.
Cause 2.
All questions (32 questions) have not been answered.
E.g. The most recent survey has already been answered and should be shown.
→If you have not answered all the questions (32 questions) for the first time, even if you have answered the most recent survey, there is no data for all the questions necessary to display the results. Therefore the screen cannot show the results.
Solution
・Answering all questions for 3 months using the recommended number of questions
E.g. 8 questions distributed: 6 times, 16 questions distributed: 3 times, etc.
・To deliver all 32 questions in the next survey delivery (This would apply to all those eligible for delivery.)
