Service function: We will explain why the "Overall" engagement score is an average of 8 items, excluding "Health".

The overall evaluation of engagement (those with ranks A-F) is the average of 8 items excluding “Health”.

This is because our various studies have shown that the “Health” indicator fluctuates depending on the level of engagement, i.e., there is a causal relationship between the “cause” of engagement (overall rating) and the “result” of health.

To summarize, in Wevox

Eight items, excluding "Health".

We have designed the system to be viewed as the following structure.

Please note that the fact that health is not included in the overall assessment does not mean that health items (workload and stress response) are not important.
