Summary

You can write a memo (up to 140 characters) in the score graph in the score view.

You can check the changes in your score before and after by entering events and actions you have actually taken.

Features

  • You can operate on the "Score" view and leave notes in the "Score Trends" for both overall rating/key drivers/small items.

  • You can select "to everyone" or "only me" as the scope of the memo.

  • If you have viewing and owner authorities, you can create a memo in the viewing range.

  • No limit number of memos.

  • If you have included a note in the subitem, you can also check the contents on the parent key driver page.

How to do it

①Go to Score page where you can write down your notes.

②Click “create new memo” at the bottom of the score transition.

③Enter the necessary information (date of delivery, contents of the memo, and disclosure range), and click “Make notes”.

④A note mark will appear in the score transition.
