Some companies may have your own organization codes (department codes), so we assume that you'll be able to enter these codes. The purpose of this operation is to link the order of groups on the organization chart with their registration on Wevox, making it easier to manage groups on Wevox.
The shown order of groups can be changed by setting the group code.
You can change the order in which groups are shown.

A group code is a "code" that can be assigned to a specific team or organization at each company. The order of groups can be changed by group codes.
The purpose of Group Codes
We assume that some companies have organization codes (department codes), which can be entered. The purpose of this is to make it easier to manage groups in Wevox by linking the organization chart with Wevox.
The codes are displayed in order of character string.
How to enter/change the group code
Group codes can be registered on the [Group] page. The following is a guide on how to do this.
(1) Click "︙" on the right side of the group for which you want to enter the group code on the 【Group】 page.
(2) Click [Change group code].
(3) Enter the group code and click "UPDATE" (up to 100 characters can be entered).
Note
The same code can be registered for multiple groups.

You can enter any alphabet or number.
