How to issue a password to a member registered with a dummy email address
Updated over a week ago

This operation is only available for accounts registered with "survey+..... @wevox.io".

Important

This feature is only available to members who have registered with a dummy email address of "survey+ @wevox.io" and are using the "Login Method".

You can issue passwords in bulk to members who have registered accounts with dummy email addresses.

Summary

  • Limited to members who have registered with "survey+.....@wevox.io"

  • Limited to passwords that use one of the following

    • Specify one of the following registered in the member information

      • ID (add "0" to the beginning of the ID only if it is less than 6 digits, and adjust the total to 6 digits)

      • 8-digit birth date

    • If none of the above is set, set the string of characters before @ in the email address.

  • Only members who have not yet been issued a password will be affected.

    • This operation will not change the passwords of members who have already been issued passwords.

How to do it

1) Access the "Authentication" page of Wevox Admin and click "Configure" under "Password set for members to answer in login format".

2) Select the information to be used when setting up (either ID or date of birth), and click "Password Setting" at the bottom right.

3) As the time required for completion varies depending on the number of people setting up the system, a completion report will be sent to the above executors by email. (We will also report by email if the setting cannot be completed due to an error.)

Note

  • It is not possible to set random passwords other than the above at once. If you have any special requests, please contact our support.

  • It is possible to set passwords with any character strings individually. Please see here for details.

  • For security reasons, we are unable to confirm whether or not a password has been set, or the contents of the password setting. Please note that we will not be able to reply to your inquiry.
