About Personalities
Personalities helps you understand your team using the results of individual personality assessments.
You can see:
What types of members are in each group and their proportions
What characteristics each member has and how members relate to one another
You can use this information to better understand each group and improve daily work and communication.
Viewing scope
What you can view depends on your permissions.
Owners: All members and all groups
Members with viewing permission: All members and groups they have permission to view
Members who can log in: All members
Steps
Follow these steps to view Personalities.
Member ratio
In Member ratio, you can view the proportion of each member type in a horizontal bar chart.
There are four types:
Theorist: Tends to solve problems by following rules, theories, and logical reasoning
Idealist: Values respecting individual differences and tends to envision an ideal future or reflect on experiences
Empiricist: Tends to focus on tangible results rather than abstract concepts or theories
Pragmatist: Tends to be aware of team dynamics, enjoy social interaction, and avoid conflict
Member distribution
In Member distribution, members who have completed the personality assessment appear as icons on a scatter plot.
Vertical axis: Intuitive (top) ↔ Sensory (bottom)
Horizontal axis: Analytical (left) ↔ Empathetic (right)
Members can set their own icons from My account.
Wevox also lets you create avatars. Feel free to try this feature.
Note: If a group has 200 or more members, the scatter plot displays dots instead of icons.
Member characteristics
Hover over a member’s icon or dot on the scatter plot to view their characteristics.
Compatibility between two members
Select a member’s icon on the scatter plot, then select Select someone to compare. Next, select another member. A dotted line appears between the two members, so you can check their compatibility.
Notes
If multiple members are plotted at the same position, overlapping members aren’t displayed.
Some members may not appear in a higher-level group’s scatter plot because their icons overlap. However, they may appear in a lower-level group (subgroup) they belong to.
Member personalities
In Member personalities, you can view the personality types of members in the group, sorted by the number of members in descending order.
