🎁 Release Announcement

Thank you very much for your continued use of Wevox.

Based on your valuable feedback, Wevox will be making adjustments to the menu layout to enhance usability.

Please note that this update will not involve any changes to page URLs or the specifications of existing features.

The changes are as follows:

  1. The navigation links to"Your Condition", "Download" and "Language" will be relocated

  2. Update to the Service Menu

  3. The analysis of Engagement screen and the operation settings of Engagement screen have been integrated

  4. The "Inquiry Chat" has been moved from the bottom right to the bottom left.

  5. Relocation of the "We Library"

Please find below the details of the specific changes.

1. The navigation links to"Your Condition", "Download" and "Language" will be relocated

  • The navigation link to the "Your Condition" page has been relocated inside the menu that appears when you click the icon in the upper right corner of the page.

  • The navigation link to the "Download" page has been relocated inside the menu that appears when you click the icon in the upper right corner of the page.
    ​

  • The language switch function has been relocated inside the menu that appears when you click the icon in the upper right corner of the page.
    ​

2. Update to the Service Menu

  • The "View Service List" function has been moved to the upper right corner of the page.
    ​

  • The navigation link to the "Wevox Academy" page has been renamed to "Engagement Run! Academy" and relocated inside the menu that appears when you click the icon in the upper right corner of the page.

3. The analysis of Engagement screen and the operation settings of Engagement screen have been integrated

  • The features previously offered as "Wevox Engagement" and "Engagement Operation Setting" have been integrated into "Engagement Survey." (There are no changes to the URL.)

4. The "Inquiry Chat" has been moved from the bottom right to the bottom left.

  • The button to launch the inquiry chat has been moved from the bottom right to the bottom left corner of the page.

5. Relocation of the "We Library"

  • The navigation link to the "We Library" page has been relocated inside the menu that appears when you click the "?" icon in the upper right corner of the page.

📝Background of the Release

As our features have expanded, we've received increasing feedback from companies about the growing number of unorganized sections.

  • Making it too complicated to navigate to the desired features

  • Unclear how to access them

In response to these concerns, we've reorganized the navigation paths to different features based on their purposes. This update aims to minimize unnecessary clicks and make it easier to move between pages intuitively.

We will continue to make improvements with the goal of providing a highly user-friendly and intuitive service.

🚀 Scheduled Release Date

Scheduled for release in early September 2024.
