Tips: Color Criteria for Engagement Scores
In the Comparison screen, the cells are color-coded and displayed according to the score.
1. Absolute Value
The blue color becomes darker as the score rises above 70, and the red color becomes darker as the score falls below 40.
2. Relative Value
The blue color becomes darker as the score increases from +10 to higher, and the red color becomes darker as the score decreases from -10 to lower, in increments of 10 points.
3. Deviation from Benchmark
The blue color becomes darker as the value increases from 0 to higher, and the red color becomes darker as the value decreases from -10 to lower, in increments of 10 points.
