この操作でできること：社名変更や合併、移転が発生した場合には、クライアントサポートまでご連絡ください。本記事では、ご連絡いただく際にお伝えいただきたい内容をご案内します。

右下のチャットより以下の内容をご連絡ください。

▼社名変更の場合

a. 旧社名
b. 新社名
c. （請求書送付先アドレスのご変更がある場合には）送付先アドレス

▼合併した場合

必要な手続きがございますので、合併した旨をご連絡ください。

▼移転した場合

a. 旧住所

b. 新住所

社名変更にともない、皆様のメールアドレスも変更となった場合は、【メンバー】より一人ずつアドレスを変更する必要があります。具体的な操作方法は、こちらをご覧ください。

なお、新しいアドレスにてメンバー登録のファイルアップロードで一括登録より情報更新をした場合、システム上「新メンバーの追加である」認識され、新しくアカウントが発行されてしまいます。請求対象/費用にも影響しますので予めご注意ください。

人数が多く貴社での対応が難しい場合には、お早めにご相談くださいませ。

1. Contact us

We will change the company name in the survey and billing address.

Please contact us from the chat on the lower right to provide the following information.

・Old company name

・New company name

・(If there is a change in the billing address) the address to which the invoice is to be sent

2. Email address change for registered members

If your email address has also changed as a result of the company name change, you will need to change your email address one by one from the [Member] page. For specific instructions, please click here.

Please note that if you do the bulk update of members’ information with a new email address by uploading a file in the Member Registration section, the system will recognize that you are adding a new member, and a new account will be issued. Please note that this will affect your billing and expenses.

If you have a large number of members and it is difficult for your company to handle, please contact us as soon as possible.
