概要
サーベイが配信された時の回答者への通知はHTMLメールにて送信されるよう初期設定されています。ですが、オーナー様にて運用設定からテキストメールへの変更が可能です。
操作方法
1.【運用設定】の【通知/回答文面】をクリックする
2.右上の"HTMLメールで配信"の緑のラベルをクリックする
3.ラベルが白くなっていれば、設定完了です

Summary
Survey emails for respondents are basically HTML emails, but you can change them to text emails from the administration screen.
How to do it
Go to Notification Settings in the left menu.
Click the green button in the upper right corner of the screen that says "Deliver as HTML email.”
3. When the button turns white, the setting is complete!
