The Reservations page lists every booking for one listing, with its dates, revenue and booking details.

Choose a Date Range
By default, the page shows bookings for the year ahead. Switch to 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or the current year.
Or pick your own dates on the calendar. You can look up to 545 days ahead, so every future booking is in reach.
Pick Your Columns
Click the columns button to show only the columns you need. Search for a column by name, or tick and untick columns in the list.
Column | What it shows |
ADR | Average nightly rate, without fees. |
ADR (+Fees) | Average nightly rate, including fees. |
Check-in | The guest's arrival date. |
Check-out | The guest's departure date. |
Reservation Time | When the booking was made. |
Lead Time | Days between booking and check-in. |
Length of Stay | Number of nights. |
Revenue | Booking revenue, without fees or taxes. |
Revenue (+Fees) | Booking revenue, including fees. |
Revenue (+Fees, Taxes) | Booking revenue, including fees and taxes. |
Booking Source | Where the booking came from. |
External ID | The booking's ID in your PMS or channel. |
Use the filter and menu icons in each column header to filter and sort. Some names are shortened in the table: Rev is Revenue and LOS is Length of Stay.
Export Your Data
Click the export button and choose a format.

Copy | The data, copied to your clipboard. |
Copy with Headers | The data plus column names, copied to your clipboard. |
CSV Export | A CSV file for spreadsheets or analysis tools. |
Excel Export (.xlsx) | An Excel file. |
If you hide the Check-in or Check-out column, it's also left out of the export.
