When will my order arrive?
Once your order is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as a tracking number is available, you will receive another email with your tracking details and the most up-to-date estimated delivery date.
What shipping couriers do we use?
We primarily use UPS and FedEx for deliveries but may also ship via USPS or DHL, depending on the item.
How long does delivery take?
Orders typically take 2-7 days the device to ship and an additional few days to be delivered.
NOTE* Rest assured your first month's subscription does not begin until your product is delivered.
Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
If you are still waiting for a tracking number after 7 days, it's likely taking us a little bit longer to receive your device from our suppliers. You can reach out to the support team and get additional support through your portal.
