Legacy subscribers can log into their portal via the Portal link below.
Input the phone number you used when signing up initially
Input the two-factor authentication code received via SMS to log in.
Within the portal, customers can view their current subscriptions, check their next billing date, cancel an active subscription, and access their return labels.
How Can I see my payment history & make a payment?
Go to the Billing section on the left side of your Whim Portal. Here you will see your entire payment history.
If you have an overdue balance, click Make Payment on the billing page
Resolve your Balance
Select your card on file or add a new card
Select Pay Now.
