How do I return my Whim subscription?

To return your Whim subscription, you must use the original packaging that the device was delivered in, including all accessories that came with it. Carefully pack the device to ensure it is secure during transit.

You must use the return label provided by us— please do not purchase your own shipping label from the courier, as unauthorized returns may not be processed correctly. Damages that occur in transit due to improper packaging may result in additional fees.
