Treat each product your Whim membership unlocks as if it were already part of your own collection - enjoy it fully, but care for it responsibly.

Think of it like borrowing a friend’s brand-new bike: pedal hard, have fun, but bring it back in the same or similar condition you received it (or be ready to cover the repairs).

We follow the same common-sense principle: everyday wear-and-tear is on us, but anything that leaves the product broken, missing or unusable is on you.

If the product is returned damaged beyond standard repair costs, you are expected to pay for the MSRP of the product.
