Replace is a feature that allows you to customise Whippet to speak your language. It

allows you to replace a word or phrase that has been incorrectly spelt or add an abbreviation.

1. On a consult recording, highlight the word or phrase you would like to replace

2. Click ‘Replace’ and the Replace modal will appear for you to enter you preferred spelling or phrase.

3. Choose to replace all instance on the current notes or tick ‘save for future replacements’ for Whippet to remember this on all future instances.

View and delete your replaced words via Settings > Replace Forever.

Here you can add additional words or phrases to be replaced.

Use ‘Replace forever’ for preference changes

If Whippet says "right forelimb", you can permanently replace it with the abbreviation "RFL" and Whippet will use "RFL" for all future notes.

Use "Replace forever" to correct incorrect medical spellings

If Whippet misspells "Next guard spectra", where it should be "Nexgard spectra"; you can permanently replace this spelling and Whippet will write "Nexgard spectra" for all future notes.
