Step 1: Navigate to the Campaigns Section

  • Click on the megaphone icon in the sidebar.

  • Select Email. This will take you to the “Campaigns - Email” screen.

  • Or simply click here and the link will take you there directly.

Step 2: Open the Campaign You Want to Analyze

Click on the campaign you want to review (e.g. “Labor Day 2025”) by clicking through the name to open the campaign overview page.

Step 3: Go to the Contacts Tab

Inside the campaign, click on the Contacts tab.

Here you’ll see:

  • Which messages were delivered or not delivered

  • Who opened the email and clicked on a link

  • Who responded and who didn’t

This view is great for getting quick insights at the contact level.

Step 4: Open the Analytics Tab

Now go to the Analytics tab for a more in-depth view of the campaign performance.

At the top, you’ll see a date picker and a Day/Hour picker as well, this lets you filter data by day or hour to understand when your audience engaged most.

Here you’ll find visual breakdowns of:

  • Messages Sent & Delivered

  • Link Clicks

  • Failed Deliveries & Unsubscribes

  • Total Responses

These help you quickly identify trends and peak engagement times.

Step 5: Explore Geolocation & Device Insights

Scroll down to see performance breakdowns by:

  • Country and City (where clicks came from)

  • Device Type (desktop vs. mobile)

  • Top Referrers (mail clients, browsers, etc.)

These insights can help you tailor future campaigns based on where and how your audience engages.

And that’s it!

Start with the Contacts tab to get a quick overview of how individual recipients interacted with your email, then use the Analytics tab to dive deeper into trends and performance data.

Following these steps will help you make data-driven decisions for future campaigns.
