1. Create your campaign

2. After naming and selecting a line, under Select Audience, click the contact button with a + next to it

3. Name your upload

You don't have to name your upload. It might be useful to give it a name you recognize in case you would like to reuse the upload later on. If you don't name it, Whippy will automatically generate a time and date name for it.

4. Click "Click to Upload a File"

5. Click "Choose a file"

After clicking, your computer's file browser will pop up. Just select the Search Wizard file you would like to upload.

6. After choosing your file, you will see a short preview of your upload and it will ask you to confirm the header row with the column names

The header row is typically the first row for Search Wizard files. Whippy will automatically select this for you.

Click on "Confirm selection and continue"...

7. Whippy's AI will automatically match the columns for you, but sometimes it may not always be correct.

For Search Wizard files, they should be matched as follows:

The First Name column should be matched to First Name ...

Click on First Name

The Last Name column should be matched to Last Name ...

The Area Code column should be matched to Area Code (3 digits) ...

The column with the remaining 7 digits of the phone number, also known as the prefix, should be matched to Prefix & Line Number (7 digits) ...

8. Once you're happy with the matches, click "Confirm matching and continue"

You can also click on the ▼ next to First Name, Last Name, Area Code, and Phone Number to see a preview of the contacts you are uploading.

9. You will see a preview of the contacts you are uploading before finishing the upload. You can make edits here if you need to. Once you're happy with it, click "Finish"

Click on Finish

10. Click "Yes" to complete the upload

Click on Are you ready to submit?…
Click on Yes

Done! You've completed the upload. You can now create your message and send the campaign.
