Whippy does not charge clients for implementation & migration including:

  • migration of previous texting data

  • implementation & configuration of the software

  • the 10DLC approval process w/ phone carriers

  • hosting your landline number(s)

  • multiple team trainings

Your subscription included all the above for free, before you go live.

We are a software subscription based business so this period better know as implementation & onboarding is still a service we are doing on behalf of our clients and therefore they are still paying for our service.

“So why is it taking so long for me to go live then, I am ready?”

Going “live” with Whippy includes several factors:

  1. The clients responsiveness and timeliness- as we need to collect things such as your EIN & Legal Company Name, Letter of Authorization to host your line, getting us all your data in completion you want to migrate, etc.

  2. Other communication parties- getting you the data you need in a timely manner. They might not supply you with the data you need or delay as to when you can receive it.

  3. The 10DLC approval process- this is a process that the carriers run and can be delayed by the number of applicants in the process, the application data provided, etc.

  4. The phone number migration process- depending on the phone carrier things can move faster or slower.

  5. Training- the client might want to book a time slot that has already been booked, delay their training, miss & reschedule their training, etc

In conclusion, we are a subscription based company. Once you pay for a subscription we start our services which go well before you go “live” include migrating your data, getting you approved for 10DLC, moving your number, training your team.
