Changing your personal details

Change your name, email, phone number, and billing address

Your personal details will sometimes change. You can keep them up to date in Account > Profile.

You can change these details yourself:

  • First name and Last name

  • Default Address

  • Billing Address

  • Phone number

You'll need to contact support at members@whiskypartners.com to change these details:

  • Email address

To make the change as quick as possible, let us know:

  • Your current email address

  • The new email address

  • Reason for changing the email address

The support team will then review your request and ask you further questions if needed.
