The value of alcohol usually increases over time due to scarcity. When deciding how long you want to hold your investment, keep in mind that alcohol in casks naturally evaporates at a rate of around 2% per annum. 15–20 years is usually a sweet spot for most whisky investments.
We offer you 1, 5 or 10 years of storage by default. If you wish to hold the casks in storage for longer, you can renew the storage just before it expires.
