Archiving a user removes all permissions and makes the user no longer accessible from your account. If you want to unarchive a user, you will need to contact Whistic Support and provide the permissions you would like your user to have. If you would still like access to the user but would like to disable a user, please use the "Activate" checkbox.
Access the Admin Tools tab in the left navigation menu at the bottom and select User Management
2. Locate the user that needs to be archived and select Edit
3. Select Archive in the top right corner of the pop up box
4. Confirm archiving the user by selecting Continue
