Once a questionnaire is requested, it can be canceled up until the request is completed. Here are the steps to cancel a request:

1. Open the Vendor Catalog and search for the vendor. 

2. Open the Vendor Profile and look under the Assessment Activity dropdown menu to see all outstanding and completed questionnaire requests. 

3. Find the request you would like to cancel and select the red Cancel button. If there is no option to cancel, it means the request is already completed and was submitted for review. Completed requests can not be removed from the vendor's assessment activity.
