Occasionally, you may send the questionnaire to a vendor contact that is not the best suited to complete the request and they will request you assign it to a different person.
You are able to reassign the questionnaire to a different user through the Vendor Profile under their Assessment Activity. The Vendor can also complete this themselves through a link embedded in their invitation email, see instructions HERE.
Here are the steps to reassign a questionnaire:
1. Navigate to the Vendor Catalog, using the left menu
2. Open the Vendor
3. Under the Assessment Activity dropdown, find the request you would like to adjust
4. Select the green Reassign button
5. A window will appear. Input the information for the updated contact and select Reassign.
The updated contact will receive an email inviting them to access and complete the request.
