As a security platform, registration is required prior to accessing information in Whistic. You may have received an invitation to register as the result of:
A customer requesting you complete a security questionnaire
A vendor sending you their security documents for review
A colleague requesting your help to complete a security questionnaire
Your company's Whistic administrator granting you access/privileges
If you expected an invitation email, but did not receive it, please contact us at email@example.com. We will provide you with the link to register. However, this requires coordination with us to provide the correct information to ensure your new account will sync up with any pending requests for you. The contact and company information must be the same on both sides.
Registration is quickly completed following the steps below.
1. Open your invitation email. The specific content may vary depending on who sent you the request and why. Generally, it will include a button such as Start Your Self-Assessment or Complete Your Account (example below). Select the button.
3. You will be sent an email verification message to the email listed. Select the link in the email verification message to open the final step of the registration process.
If you do not receive an email to complete verification within 15 minutes of attempting to register, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If you are still unable to find the email, please contact Whistic Support.
4. A final page will open to complete your registration. Complete the requested information and select Submit.
All set! Once logged in, the system will open any outstanding requests automatically. Otherwise, you can navigate to the Dashboard to get started.
