This release has helpful updates to both the Whistic Assess and Whistic Profile products. We are always happy to help answer any questions regarding this release. Please contact your Customer Success Manager or for additional information.

Whistic Assess

Edit/Delete comments in Review

Prone to typos? Aren’t we all. Which is why we now allow you to edit and delete the comments you make when reviewing a questionnaire.

The process is built into your current review workflow. Once you begin an assessment review and select a question to review, the work panel will appear. Alongside any previous comment, you will see the triple dot menu that will offer the option to Edit or Delete.

View vendor contacts from Vendor Catalog and Reporting

If you are looking at a vendor record and wondering who the internal and/or external contacts tied to that vendor are, you can now access that information right from the Vendor Catalog as well as the Reporting page.

Be sure to make any desired adjustments to your Vendor Catalog view by using the Select Columns button in the upper right. You can then select and organize fields that will appear in the default catalog view.

Ability to add a score to multiple choice questions

In an effort to make CrowdConfidence scoring even more valuable, we now support setting compliance and score weight on multiple choice questions.

As with any scored question, you will need to make sure that it has a compliant answer set up through Questionnaire Builder. You will still only set up 1 compliant answer. During the questionnaire review, you can determine a score and consider any additional answers selected.

Whistic Profile

Support PW protected and encrypted files in Whistic Profile

You can now add your files that are password protected to your Whistic Profile. The process is similar to how you are currently uploading document to your profile. The main difference is that the file is NOT run through the virus scanner. Whistic will remind you of that upon attempting to upload.

As expected, when the recipient attempts to download or view the password protected document, they will be requested to provide the password. If you intend to allow access, be sure to communicate that password to the recipient.

Finally, this is not a default feature and needs to be enabled by your Customer Success Manager. Please reach out to them or to learn more.
