Has it been a while since you last updated your vendor's information?

You can facilitate vendor profile updates directly with the business sponsor without leaving Whistic. Here's how:

1. Open the Vendor Catalog.

2. Select a vendor to update.

3. Expand the Contacts dropdown. Any internal contacts will have an Update Vendor button.

4. Click the button and a window will appear to confirm.

5. You can cancel the request by clicking on the Cancel Update button.

A few other things to note:

  • You can only send one vendor update request at a time per vendor.

  • You cannot change the email of a vendor due to registration information; a new vendor contact would have to be made.

  • The recipient will receive an email asking them to review the vendor information and provide any updates.

  • You will receive a separate notification once the recipient has made updates.
