Looking for a way to send questionnaire requests to multiple vendors at the same time? You've come to the right place!

Here are some of the reasons you might consider sending questionnaire requests in bulk:

  1. Security vulnerability events. Evaluate exposure to wide-spread security vulnerabilities (remember solarwinds, log4j, etc?). Whistic monitors these events and prepares specialized questionnaires you can request to determine a vendor's exposure and if/how that exposure may impact you.

  2. Reassessments. If you prefer a more manual approach to reassessments by conducting them in groups at certain intervals, bulk questionnaire requests will speed up the process.

  3. New TPRM programs. If you are new to Whistic or kicking off a TPRM program, import your vendors to Whistic and then request questionnaires in bulk to get your program started quickly.


How

There are a few simple steps to kick off a bulk questionnaire request:

  1. Open your Vendor Catalog

  2. Select the vendors to receive the questionnaire request

    1. Use the filters to narrow down your vendor results

  3. Select the Action dropdown from the Menu bar

  4. Select Bulk Questionnaire Request

    1. Make sure vendors are selected to activate this button

  5. A window will appear

  6. Select the questionnaire(s) you'd like to send

    1. You can send multiple questionnaires

  7. The final page will summarize your request. Review and then select Confirm and Next to send the requests.

Done!

Depending on the size of the request, it may take a few minutes to process the request. We will email you a notification when all the requests are sent.


Additional Information

  1. The other Admins on your account will also receive a single notification letting them know a bulk request was issued.

  2. A report summarizing the request is generated and available through Admin Tools > Secure Upload. This report will capture all the details of the request for future reference.

  3. The request is sent all vendor contacts for each vendor. If there are no vendor contacts, a request won't be sent.
