The typing tool allows you to add text in various areas, including the white space on tile boards, PDFs, whiteboards, flashcards, and word cards. Here’s how you can use it effectively.

To open the typing tool:

  • Click the keyboard icon in the toolbar.

  • Click anywhere to create a text box. A blinking cursor will appear, ready for you to start typing.

  • The text box will grow automatically as you type.

Working with text boxes

Once you create a text box, you can use the surrounding icons to:

  • Move the text box to a different location.

  • Increase or decrease the font size.

  • Delete the text box.

  • Expand or resize the text box.

Using the transparency screen

The transparency screen lets you type over the entire page, including on PDFs, tiles, flashcards, and wordcards.
