If you’re experiencing an issue and need support, you can submit a ticket directly through Whizzimo. Here’s how:
Log into Whizzimo.
Click Help Center in the side navigation menu. The Help Center will appear in the lower left-hand corner.
On the Home tab, select Customer Concern under the "Create a ticket" section.
Enter a Title and Description for your ticket.
Click Create a ticket to submit it.
Our team will review your ticket and respond as quickly as possible.
