How do I manage my Whizzimo account?

Learn how to update plans and handle billing details with ease.

You can manage your account directly inside the application! If you need assistance with your subscription, contact our sales team at sales@whizzimo.com.

Managing your account

To manage your Whizzimo account, log in and click the right arrow next to your name in the bottom of the sidebar.

This will bring you to the Account page where you can:

  • View your current plan

  • View your next billing date and amount

  • Add, remove, or update a credit card on file

  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan

  • Cancel your plan

  • Check your next billing date

  • Access other account details

You can also select a new plan, add a credit card, or cancel your subscription from this menu.

โ„น๏ธ Upgrades to your plan take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
