Changing words in an activity using the workbook icon

Users can change word lists directly inside the activity. This allows you to make quick changes on the fly to the activity you are viewing.

Go into the applicable activity
Select the workbook icon in the tool bar
Use the links and drop downs to make changes. You can do the following
- Choose from the words updating options list
- Manually update words by clicking add/remove works and drag and drop your words
- Remove all words
- Shuffle
- Alphabetize words
- Check for missing tiles

Please note: These changes will only modify the current activity and will not update for the entire workbook. To edit the words for the whole workbook, make changes from the workbook builder page.
