If you have trouble with logging in/ pages not loading or content not showing up , start with 2-4 hard refreshes.

See below for instructions on how to do a hard refresh of the cache of your browser. Select your browser/operating combination below, and please let us know if this doesn't solve your issue:

Windows and Chrome:

To hard refresh on Google Chrome on Windows, there are two ways you can do it:

  1. Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button.

  2. Or Hold down Ctrl and press F5.

Mac and Chrome:

To do a hard refresh on Google Chrome on Mac, there are two ways that you can do it:

  1. Hold down Shift and click the Reload button.

  2. Or Hold down Command, Shift and click the ‘R’ key.

You may also want to clear the cache on www.whizzimo.com

Here are steps:

  1. Open the Website you want to clear in the cache, www.whizzimo.com

  2. Press Ctrl + F5

  3. Close the page, re-open and try to login again
