What the Primary Account is
The Primary Account is not your personal account. It is Wickie's collective company account, shared across all Wickie clients.
Because it is a collective account and not your personal IBAN, sending or receiving funds to/from third parties through the Primary Account is not possible.
Important update
External bank transfers to the Primary Account are currently not possible. You cannot send funds from an external bank account to your Primary Account at this time.
What still works
Internal transfers between Wickie clients — unaffected.
Payouts for clients living outside Europe — unaffected.
What to use instead
Wickie offers a Personal IBAN Account — an account in your own name.
Clients in the EEA must use the Personal IBAN Account for sending and receiving funds. The Primary Account is not a substitute for it.
