What is keyword search volume?
Search volume is the estimated number of times a keyword is searched each month in the search engine connected to your website.
Where does the search volume data come from?
Wincher retrieves search volume data from Google Ads (Keyword Planner) via the Google Ads API.
Why is search volume missing for some of my keywords?
Although search volume is widely used as an SEO metric, Google primarily calculates this data to support advertisers in selecting keywords for their campaigns, not specifically for SEO purposes.
As a result, some keywords may not have search volume data available. This typically happens when Google does not allow those keywords to be used in Google Ads for various reasons, and therefore does not provide search volume estimates for them.
