Not receiving reports

If you're for some reason not receiving reports make sure to first of all check your spam-filter.

If the issue persists, you can go to the Reporting-tab.

Make sure that the correct reporting profile is enabled.

Also, remember to make sure that you are selected to be recipient. If the problem persists, please let our support know.
