To send the reports to non-users go to the Reporting-tab

If you already have a reporting profile, click the vertical dots to the right of the reporting profile and then edit, otherwise click Create report.

Scroll to the bottom of the settings to find the option to enter recipients and simply enter the emails of the people you wish to receive the report.
