If you are looking to cancel the renewal of your paid plan, please follow the steps below:
Click on your profile icon at the above right side of your screen and select "Plan & billing" from the drop-down menu.
Click on the "Cancel subscription" button located below "Your features".
βSelect a cancellation reason followed by "Cancel subscription".
If you signed up for a free 7-day trial through one of our partner integrations and decide not to continue with a paid subscription, simply click the "Downgrade to the free plan" button before your trial ends:
To successfully downgrade to the free plan, please make sure your usage stays within the following limits:
1 website
5 keywords
1 competitor
If your account exceeds these limits, you may need to delete your tracked items before downgrading.
Important note: cancellations and downgrades must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
You will have access to your account until the end of the billing period.
If you change your mind, you can easily re-activate the subscription.
