If you are looking to cancel the renewal of your paid plan, please follow the steps below:
Click on your profile icon at the above right side of your screen and select "Plan & billing" from the drop-down menu.
Click on the "Cancel subscription" button located below "Your features":
Select a cancellation reason followed by "Request cancellation":
Important note: cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date to ensure you are not charged for the following billing period.
You will have access to your account until the end of the billing period.
If you change your mind, you can easily re-activate the subscription.
