Downloading report data allows you to perform deeper analysis or advanced manipulation in external programs like Excel, or Google Sheets. This is useful when you need to apply complex formulas, or combine Wiplist data with information from other sources.
To download data for any of the reports, navigate to the Actions button, and select Download Excel from the drop-down menu. This will prompt a menu on the bottom left corner while the information is collating, when complete it will advise it is ready for download and a green Download button will appear. You file will automatically save onto your machine.
Your report data will download exactly as it appears, so if you want a detailed list, or summary ensure your Wiplist view matches prior to downloading.
