Yes, provided you are the current owner of a team you can transfer ownership of that team to another team member by doing the following:
1. Log into your account.
2. Click on the settings dropdown menu with your name on it in the top right hand corner and click on 'Team Settings', then navigate to the 'Account' tab.
Make sure the person you wish to transfer ownership to is already a team member. If they aren't then invite them to join.
3. From the Account tab, simply click on the Transfer button to open up the transfer interface. Search for the Team Member you'd like to transfer the account to, then click Confirm. Your account has been transferred and you are no longer the owner!
Note: For self service accounts, credit card details in the Account tab will remain. Make sure to have the new owner update with a new credit card if need be.
For Multiteam and Enterprise accounts, your assigned CSM can do this for you.
