If I have multiple pages of a PDF, how do I view all the comments?

Simply scroll down to view multiple pages in a PDF. Each page will be a separate field for a comment to be made, so not all comments will be immediately visible.

To see all comments at once, open the 'Comments' tab in the side-panel. You can then click on the thumbnail of a comment to be immediately taken to its respective page.
