One of the most important aspects to our service is to make sure that all the sensitive information you store on our site stays secure and in good hands. Basic best practice security settings, such as the ability to set a password on any share, are available for all users on any plan type. And while we protect all assets held by any users in our platform through SSL encryption, we offer a special level of security exclusive to our Enterprise users.
The following settings are available in the 'Security' tab of your Team Settings, and can be adjusted on a team-by-team basis:
Restrict public sharing to team members only: This setting will restrict access to any shared assets to only authenticated team members (this includes admin, full, and guest members). This also disables sharing via public URLs.
Public sharing via URLs: Toggling this off will remove the ability for you and your team to share media using public URLs that are accessible to anyone with the link. You will only be able to share by direct email. Stakeholders outside your team can still access any assets shared with them directly. This setting is turned on by default.
Download media: Toggling this off will disable the ability to download any content from this team. This applies to all team members, external reviewers, and share links. This setting is turned on by default.
