Step 1: Log in to Your Account
Log in to your WiseEye Tech account with the button or click "My Account" at the top.
Mobile App Note:
Open the app > My Profile (in the top right corner) > Data Usage > Manage your Account.
Step 2: Open "My Subscription"
Once logged in, click “Subscription” on the left-hand menu.
Step 3: Select "Details"
On the Subscription Manager screen, you’ll see an overview of your current plan.
Click “Details” to access all subscription controls.
Step 4: Change Number of Cameras
From the subscription details page, click “Change Number of Cameras.”
This option allows you to add or remove DataCam devices from your plan.
Step 5: Update Total Camera Quantity
Select the total number of cameras you will have on your HuntControl plan.
Click “Change Quantity”
You’ll be taken to the checkout page
Step 6: Complete Checkout
On the checkout page:
Review your current plan vs. updated plan
Verify pricing and details
Click “Confirm” to complete the upgrade
Step 7: Add the Camera in HuntControl
After checkout is complete:
Log in to HuntControl (mobile app or web)
Go to the Cameras tab
Select Camera/Map
Tap “+ Cameras”
Enter the camera’s IMEI number
Assign a name to the camera
Your camera is now added to your account.
Step 8: Test Data Cam Connection
Now that you’ve updated your subscription, and added your new DataCam to your HuntControl account, you are ready to setup your new Data Cam! Click the button to follow step by step instructions on testing the connection of your new Data Cam to HuntControl.
