How do I Add WiseEye Cameras to an Existing HuntControl Account?

Streamlining Your Subscription Upgrade: A Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Log in to your account

Log in to your WiseEye Tech account with the button or click "My Account" at the top.
Note: Go to My Profile on the mobile app and click Data Usage then click the Manage Your Account button.

Step 2: Click On My Subscription

Once you are logged into your account, click on your My Subscription on the left side of the menu.

Step 3: Click Upgrade or Downgrade

From the subscription page you can see your current subscription information. To add additional DataCam's to your subscription, click on the Upgrade or Downgrade button.

Step 4: Select Your New Subscription

Next, select the new subscription you would like. Choose a subscription level, the payment terms, and the enter the total amount of cameras on your plan. This is including the cameras you are currently adding to your account.

Step 5: Checkout

Follow the checkout process and complete payments.

Step 6: Login to HuntControl

After you’ve completed the checkout process you are ready to add the camera to HuntControl. Login to HuntControl on your mobile app or through the internet. Next go to the cameras tab and click the “+ Cameras” button. Type in the cameras IMEI number and give it a name. You have now successfully added a camera to your account!

Step 7: Test Data Cam Connection

Now that you’ve updated your subscription, and added your new DataCam to your HuntControl account, you are ready to setup your new Data Cam! Click the button to follow step by step instructions on testing the connection of your new Data Cam to HuntControl.
