The need for product lists can evolve as your use-cases evolve. You may want to share a Product List with other users, but then take access away in certain circumstances such as when products are discontinued, items going off of promotion, etc. Follow these easy steps below to keep your Product Lists up to date.
Sharing a Product List:
On Product Lists page, locate the desired Product List and click on the 'Edit' button.
Click on the “Shared” option share your product list with all users in your organization.
Note: Although shared, you still own the Product List and only you can edit it.
Deleting a Product List:
On the Product Lists page, locate the Product List you would like to delete.
Click on the “trash can” icon on the right-hand side of the screen.
Note: You can only delete the Product Lists that you own; not the ones shared with you.
