Product Level

  • Unavailable - Products that are currently out of stock at a specific retailer.

  • Expired - Products that we haven’t been able to pull a price for over a certain amount of time (defined in Settings under ‘Assortment Visibility Timeout’)

  • Comparison Percentage - The threshold in which the platform will consider another product to be priced the same.

  • No Price Visibility Timeout - The amount of time passed with no price update from client before a SKU is removed from the dataset.

  • Assortment Visibility Timeout - The amount of time passed with no price scraped that would classify a product as Expired.

  • Match Type - Could be exact or equivalent and defined at the product level which it is defined as. This can help you adopt any pricing strategy depending on the match type.

  • Exact Match - Same exact product at a different retailer (including color, etc.). Our platform allows you to rectify any products that were deemed an exact match that shouldn’t be, as well as add any that were not captured by entering the URL.

  • Equivalent Match - Like matches for products that also prove beneficial to compare pricing against.

Reporting

  • Your Reports - User’s saved reports

  • New Report - Create a new report that will be saved under Your Reports.

  • Edit - Edit a report from Your Reports.

  • Delete - Delete a report from Your Reports.

  • Schedule - Schedule a report to run at a specific cadence.

  • Run Now - Manually run the selected report

  • Settings - Modify report, file type, and report template

  • Notifications - Setup email alerts for specific reports

Notification Types

  • Top Price Changes - Email Notification showing the top price changes by competitor.

  • MAP Violations - Email notification showing MAP Violations and related statistics.

  • Scheduled Reports - Email notification when scheduled reports are generated.
