About Sharing Reports

Reports can be shared across the entire user base within an organization.
Once you have created and saved a report, use the checkbox to share your report.
If you are looking to share a created report, click edit to find the Shared Report checkbox. A shared report cannot be edited or deleted by other users. Only the creator of the report has that ability.
